Comms Group secures VoIP Reseller licence in the Philippines with the Philippines National Telecommunications Commission
Comms Group Limited (ASX:CCG) (“Comms Group”) is pleased to announce that it has been granted a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Reseller licence from the Philippines National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) enabling Comms Group Global to procure and resell key Voice over IP services. These services include SIP Trunks and Unified Communications (UC) and will be provided to wholesale, enterprise and multi-national customers based in the Philippines and globally.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Comms Group has secured a licence via certification of registration with the NTC to resell wholesale and business VoIP (IP telephony) based telecommunications services in the Philippines using Comms Group’s global network and local partners.
- Services to be provided include Unified Communications (Microsoft Teams Calling, Cloud/Hosted PBX) SIP trunking, call termination services (CTS) and the resale of geographic telephone numbers (DIDs).

The VoIP licence has been granted to Comms Group, via its wholly owned Philippines subsidiary, Comms Group Philippines Inc., by the Philippines National Telecommunications Commission.

Comms Group Philippines Inc. will leverage Comms Group’s extensive global network coverage and capabilities and work closely with local Philippines-based partners for the provision of these services. Services may be delivered with the Comms Group brand or re-sold globally by wholesale customers under their own brands.
